Although this sewing machine does the job it can be very annoying to sew with. I have used it quite a bit and the bobbin case seems to pop lose quite often which messes up the stitch. The machine feels very cheaply made. I wouldn't even recommend it as a starter machine. Def. recommend spending just a little more money to get something nicer that would make your sewing experience better and less annoying.

I LOVE this machine. I am not a seamstress at all and I can use this without problems. Its nice and simple and even has a DVD to guide you through each step. VERY HELPFUL for a newbie!
