When I ordered this I was expecting the machine oil, what I got was a container of buttons. I contacted the seller, they said that they didn't have that specific item. They said they hoped I enjoyed the buttons, and that they will contact amazon about the wrong labeling. I received a refund within days. The delivery of the buttons was fast, but I was very impressed with how they handled the delivery.
