when I recived this foot it didn't come close to fitting my singer sewing machine so now I have an extra foot that I have to find someone that can use it

The delivery was prompt, but the listing does not mention that this foot is for an older slant shank singer and will not fit many (if any) newer model singers. The singer store I went to to ask about it said there arent any adapters to make it work. I had to return it.

the cord was too large to fit in groove. this works well for rolled hemming though, which is what it was made for
