No customer service,

I should have taken the time to read the one and only posted review. Everything they stated is true. Company has dreadful customer service. I returned the item and received no communication until Amazon stepped in. The fees this company take out are ridiculous for a return. I feel like I was robbed. I will stick with buying Amazon products for awhile even though I like supporting other small business when possible.

We ordered this product for our new sewing machine. We didn't realize our new machine would come with a cover, so we tried to return this one. Customer service was rude. The item was returned completely new in the same box it came in, however, they only returned half of what we paid for it without further explanation. I would avoid doing business would this company.
