This product arrived promptly and was everything that I hoped for. I checked out a picture of the actual item on the Hemline website. There are two sets of dual wheels and the handle locks in place so you can push or pull the trolley, which is a problem with other brands. It's very solid and durable. The assembly instructions were very simple and it will fit any other machine I might have in the future. My original purchase was changed due to customer reviews, and my decision for this one was based on the other review posted for this product. Thanks to all of you that post your reviews. You won't be disappointed with this product. Remember, you get what you pay for!

This is the third bag I've bought to carry my machine in. The first two were actually overnight luggage pieces, and too small. I finally bought this one since it's actually meant for a sewing machine! And can you believe it, it fits!

It has handles on all sides for lifting and a strap that holds the top open, both of which are convenient. The front pocket is small but nice to have.

The big problem with the bag is that the handle wouldn't collapse completely. After playing with it for a while, I finally found the tab that was refusing to go back in, and wrangled it in. Kind of a bummer that I will have to do that every time, but after returning two bags I really don't feel like waiting on UPS anymore.

The company accidentally sent the wrong trolley at first, but with Excellent and Congenial Customer Service my order was soon satified and the product is Beautiful!!!!!!!!! Thanks!
