Have loaded the cutting mat bag but have not gone anywhere to use the sewing machine bag, looking forward to having a nice place to keep my machine.

I only used my sewing machine trolley 5 times and the handle is already broken! I now have to pay to ship the trolley back to Hemline before they will replace it. I don't think it is right to make the customer pay to ship a item that is defective back to the company before they give you a new one!

The vendor was very prompt in sending my purchase. It was excatly as advertised. Unfortunately my new machine did not fit in the bag. The Vendor made it very easy for me to return and get another bag that would fit my machine. I would not hesitate to purchase from them again.
