Embroidery Stabilizer Water Soluble Topping 8 inch by 25 yards wtih free Tube

I have been machine embroidering for a long time and this is without a doubt the worst stabilizer I have come across. It is extremely difficult to handle, sticks to itself like saran wrap, and cannot be removed from the embroidery after stitching. Most water-soluble toppings can be removed with just a spritz of water. This one will not come off even with soaking. I would not even consider using it for an embroidery project.
