I rarely give products five stars, simply because I want to be realistic. But, this time around, I just can't help it. I wanted to make hairbows as a Christmas present for my niece, but I have a hard time making hair bows out of ribbons. I saw this tool in a sewing class demo and decided to try it. I'm so glad I did!

There are many positives:
- I can make a hair bow, start to finish, in 20-25 minutes at the most.
- It's child friendly! My ten-year-old daughter learned how to make the petals very quickly. She just needs a little more sewing practice to be able to do the finishing touches.
- Any type of light to medium weight material works, but the best part of it is that scrap material from sewing projects is often big enough to make a flower! Each petal requires a 4" square piece of material. Because each petal is made independently of the next, material can be changed from petal to petal, so you don't have to have six to eight pieces of identical scraps...Read more

This flower maker is just plain fun. Makes cute flowers to decorate any item. They take just a little fabric, are practically mistake-proof and quick to finish. I've been embellishing quilted wall-hangings with them and they are charming.

I really like the product, enjoy making flowers very much. The product is very easy to work with, even my mother liked it. She wanting me to order the flower maker for her also.
