This product only works on Innov-is4000d or other Innov-is machines. I read on the amazon specifications that it works with the 6000 series so i assumed it would work with my cs-6000i sewing machine, but there isn't a screw hole to install it on the needle plate. Wish the information was accurate.

I have a Baby Lock machine that this same part is supposed to fit. It fits fine, but the problem was that I was not able to tighten down the screw enough to prevent the guide from slipping around once secured. Also, because the slot size is too close to the screw, the screw thread kept moving the seam guide as I screwed it in, which made it impossible to set the guide at a precise location. Thus for quilt piecing where accuracy and stability is paramount, this was useless. These two issues (won't stay put, easy to nudge off position, and difficult to set the guide at an exact spot since as you screw it down the guide keeps moving around) made it a fatal flaw to use. Fortunately I was able to try this at the dealer's on the same machine I have. So i didn't buy it. It's better to use stacked masking tape or foam guide than this...
